Fleet Mandated Reporting Portal

Welcome to the official agency reporting portal for mandated Fleet reports.

Purpose

This portal provides a secure, centralized location for Illinois agencies to:

  • Access required vehicle and fleet management reporting templates
  • Submit completed reports to CMS Division of Vehicles
  • Track submission and compliance status for annual, semi-annual, and ongoing reporting cycles

Who Should Use This Portal

The following are authorized to use this portal:

  • Agency Vehicle Coordinators (VCs)
  • Agency Administrators
  • Authorized CMS|DOV Staff

How to Access and Set Up Your Reporting Dashboard

Agency VCs, SIGN IN HERE or click the Sign In link at the top of this page to log in with your Okta credentials to access your agency's reporting dashboard. Follow the instructions provided on the User Guide | Portal User Roles link to add your agency's VC liaisons and approvers as users.
